About the Presenter
Lori Thompson
With over 35 years of experience in the aquatics field, Lori Thompson has had the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the industry. Ms. Thompson helped develop and oversaw the La Mirada Regional Aquatics Center, "Splash!" a state of the art aquatic facility, in Southern California. During her time in aquatics she has received several awards, including the Paragon Award from the International Swimming Hall of Fame. She is currently on the board for the Association of Aquatic Professionals and is on faculty with Starguard Elite and Starfish Aquatics. She is a national speaker and has been involved with overseeing the training and development of aquatic staff for many years.
